If not, just searching Sims in your File Explorer should find the right stuff eventually.

If you want to delete Reshade, then you need to head to the game’s directory folder and find the right files. We’re going to use Reshade (which you can download here) as an example for this one, but the process can be followed with pretty much any of the mods you decide you want to uninstall in The Sims 4. Thankfully, we’ve got a guide here to help you out. If you want to uninstall mods from The Sims 4, though, and revert back to the game as God (or in this case, EA) intended, then you’re in for a bit of a task.
